  • How do I register for a course offering?  See Video
    After searching for a course, click the “Register” link next to the desired course and follow the instructions.

  • How do I order web-based training?
    Use the Advanced Search method to find the training, using the “Delivery Type” pull down box as a search option. Select “Web Based Training” and choose “Search Learning Catalog.” Choose the “Register” link next to the desired course. Select “Launch Content” to begin the course.

  • How do I cancel my registration?
    Log into Solution Point and select “My Learning,” which is next to the “Home” tab under the Solution Point logo. “My Enrollments” will appear. Select the “Drop” link next to the course you wish to cancel. Select “Drop” to complete the process.

  • How do I view my enrollments?
    Log into Solution Point and select “My Learning.” “My Enrollments” will appear.

  • How do I view my transcript?
    Log into Solution Point and select “My Learning.” “My Enrollments” will appear. Select “My Transcript.”

  • How do I print a certificate of completion?
    Log into Solution Point and select “My Learning.” “My Enrollments” will appear. Select “My Transcript.” Select “Print Certificate of Completion” for the desired course. A new window will display the certificate to be printed.

    Log into Solution Point and select “My Account,” which is to the right of the Solution Point logo. A new window will open. Select “Account Details.” Enter your current password in the appropriate field. Enter a new password in the two “New Password” fields. The password must be at least six characters and must contain at least one letter and one number.
